SALTED CHOCOLATE AND CARAMEL PRETZEL BARS

Salted chocolate caramel appears the most recent pattern, and truly, I am totally ready! Chocolate in addition to caramel with a little ocean salt I don't know it gets a lot simpler, or TASTIER. These Salted Chocolate Caramel Pretzel Bars are the best hand crafted piece of candy ever! What's more, best of all, it's solitary FOUR fixings, and you needn't bother with a treat thermometer or any uncommon hardware. It's practically idiot proof, and come up short evidence.

In the first place, soften your chocolate. Great quality chocolate chips are an unquestionable requirement! I like the ghiardelli brand of chocolate chips, for softening, or you could even liquefy an a few Hershey's chocolate bars. Next, Smooth the liquefied chocolate onto material paper. Toss on certain pretzels (they don't should be in an even layer). At that point, shower the pretzels liberally with softened caramel and best the bars with some increasingly liquefied chocolate and a little sprinkle of ocean salt– YUM!

The caramel is the thing that makes everything stick together! I like to utilize these Kraft Caramel Bits as opposed to wrapped caramel solid shapes since you don't need to unwrap them (thank heavens)! The liquefied caramel is likewise the ideal surface. There's nothing more regrettable then hard, sticky caramel, right?! Likewise, on the off chance that you want to make the caramel FROM SCRATCH, utilize this natively constructed caramel formula.

  • 11 ounce bags Kraft Caramel Bits , or homemade caramel
  • sea salt for sprinkling

  2. Melt 8 ounces of the chocolate chips gently in the microwave (on low heat, stirring every 15 seconds) until smooth.
  3. Spread the chocolate evenly over the parchment. Immediately add the pretzel twists over the top (it's ok if they overlap!) and gently press them into the chocolate.
  4. Add caramel bits to a microwave safe bowl with 2 tablespoons water and melt according to package instructions (on high for 2 minutes). Stir well and drizzle the melted caramel over the top of all of the pretzels.
  5. Melt remaining 4 ounces of chocolate and drizzle over the caramel. Sprinkle with sea salt.
